Abstract

The aim of this work was to validate the title method. For verification of precision and accuracy of the method two types of reference materials were used: a set of synthetic materials aimed at checking the implementation of k0 standardization and NIST standards. In general, a good agreement was obtained of our results and certificate values, thus proving the accuracy of our results and successful implementation of the method for analysis of real samples. In addition, detection limits of more than 50 elements were evaluated.
